The room for our baby was spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, including delicious pastries. It was also very convenient to have secure storage for our stroller. a wonderful family-friendly experience.
My wife says that it would have been great to have a small play area for the older children.

As young people, we loved the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. the bar area was a great place to socialize and enjoy drinks and snacks. the secure storage for our bicycles was a big plus, and the continental breakfast with delicious pastries was a great start to our day. the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lifts and other amenities in town.
Felt like a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

The bar with outdoor tables serves tasty sandwiches, perfect for a quick snack. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar, it was a great way to relax after a long day. The free Wi-Fi in the lobby was a convenient way to stay connected.
Oh, I just loved not being able to use the Wi-Fi in my room! It was such a joy to have to go down to the lobby every time I needed internet access.

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. The location was perfect for skiing, with easy access to the slopes and ski room for storing our gear. The breakfasts were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the lovely little Christmas market nearby and the abundance of great dining options.
The church bells next to the hotel were occasionally noisy, especially during the Christmas season. However, it wasn't a major issue and didn't disrupt our overall experience.

The hotel had everything I needed. Clean rooms, great breakfast, and friendly staff. It was conveniently located right next to the church and within walking distance of restaurants and ski lifts. Parking was secure and easy to access.

During our romantic escape, we loved the daily room service with fresh sheets and the extensive breakfast offering delicious food. the location was also perfect, with close proximity to restaurants and a supermarket. the room was spacious and clean, providing a spectacular view from the balcony.
The only drawback was the early morning church bell, which started ringing from 7 a.m. and disturbed our sleep. this might not be an issue for those planning a long hiking day.

It was like a symphony of flavors, with a sweet and savory buffet that included traditional cold cuts of South Tyrol. I felt like I was indulging in a gourmet feast every morning!

The noise level outside the hotel. The loudness of the church bells was the main issue, particularly in the early morning or late at night.
